Delivery and pickup

You can have your order delivered or collect it yourself. You choose which when you check out.

Delivery

• We deliver to the areas shown at checkout. Each area has a delivery fee, and some have free delivery above a set order value.
• You choose a delivery date and a time window. We aim to arrive within that window.
• Someone should be available to receive the order. Cakes should be kept somewhere cool once delivered.

Pickup

• Collect from one of our pickup points at the time you choose. Pickup has no fee.
• Please bring your order number.

How much notice we need

Custom and tiered cakes need about three days, standard cakes two days, and cupcakes and pastries one day. The exact earliest date for your basket is shown at checkout.
